Densify is Rebranding to Kubex!

On January 1, 2026, Densify will become Kubex.

This change is a company-wide rebrand. It is not an acquisition, a change in ownership, a change in legal structure, or a change in our product offerings.

Background:

Eighteen months ago, we made a strategic decision to rearchitect our platform from the ground up. The goal was to deliver market leading end-to-end Kubernetes resource optimization, spanning nodes, pods, and containers, while also addressing the rapidly growing need to optimize GPU and AI workloads, all while continuing to optimize the underlying cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

To support this shift, we built a new architecture centered on three new elements:

  1. A next-generation Automation Controller that dynamically governs resource behavior
  1. An agentic AI framework capable of making intelligent, context-aware optimization decisions
  1. A chat-based user experience that makes Kubernetes analysis and control more intuitive and accessible

As this new architecture and user experience came to life, we introduced Kubex as the product brand that represented this next phase of innovation.

Kubex has since become the clearest expression of our platform’s capabilities, our direction, and the value customers associate with our technology.

Now, as that identity has matured and become central to how the market sees us, we are extending the Kubex brand to the entire company.

Kubex is no longer just the product, it’s who we are.

FAQ

Q: Does this rebranding signal a strategic shift?

A: No. The rebranding reflects the strategic and engineering shift we began 18 months ago and have been executing on since. This change formalizes the direction we are already on.

Q: Is this a new company?

A: No. This is a naming and branding change only.

All existing products and capabilities continue to be supported. Kubex’s focus is on automated resource optimization for Kubernetes, GPU/AI workloads, and supporting cloud and on prem infrastructure.

Q: What about cloud optimization or customers that don’t use kubernetes or GPUs?

A: Kubex will continue to deliver all cloud optimization capabilities available today. The former sub-brand Cloudex will be retired, and its functionality will be delivered as part of a single, unified Kubex platform.

Q: Is this the same team?

A: Yes. This is a company naming and branding change only. The team remains the same.

Q: Is the company stable and funded?

A: Yes. Kubex is funded, growing, and stable.

Q: What will happen to the Densify Product?

A: Existing Densify customers will continue to be fully supported. There is no disruption to service or support.

Q: Will this change how I interact with product?

A: No. The transition will be seamless. You may see minor updates to branding, documentation, and the user interface, but functionality, access, and workflows will remain unchanged.
